Traci was a successful recruiter for many years and then subsequently got promoted to management and managed a team of 85. She collaborated with the Executive Leadership Team to design and execute processes that supported a strategic growth plan for the company.
Traci's professional goals are to find an outside sales position where she can utilize her experience to assist in achieving company objectives while, at the same time, continually exceeding customers' expectations.
